Consumption recommendation

Mix 30 g of powder with 250 ml of water or low-fat milk in a shaker. As needed, 1-2 portions daily, e.g. before or after training, or in the morning after getting up. The ESN FLEXPRESSO can also be enjoyed hot (up to 60 °C).
